Shipping Information

We only ship through UPS and USPS. We are unable to ship to a PO Box with the exception of orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

FOB Brush, CO. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days of order date.

Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS (terms and conditions apply), estimated delivery 1-5 days from shipment date (depending on area), with an average of 3-4 days.

Welbis Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Packages will be left at the recipients door.  If you require another secure location for delivery, please indicate your special delivery instructions in the “Order Notes” section below.  Please review tracking information and be aware of indicated delivery times.

If your package does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us at 1.720.240.7309 M-F 9:00am – 5:00pm MST or email us at info@welbislabs.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will be happy to assist you in opening an investigation with UPS.  For immediate service, you may also call UPS directly at (800)742-5877 and provide them your tracking information to open an investigation.  You will receive a response within 1-2 business days .  A charge for re-shipment may apply.

If your package arrives damaged, immediate photo documentation of the damages (including a photo of the outside of the package as it arrived as well as a photo of the damaged product) is required to file an insurance claim.  Please remit photo documentation of the damages to info@welbislabs.com for assistance.  You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.

Refunds & Returns

Temporary No-Return & No-Exchange policy due to COVID-19 outbreak.

Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19, we are implementing, effective March 30, 2020 a temporary no return / no exchange policy. This policy is meant to keep our workers and our facility safe. It shall remain in place until further notice. Customers whose claim for return or exchange are receivable shall be notified at the end of said period, at which point returns and exchange will resume, following conditions and provisions expressly laid out below.

We accept returns of unopened items purchased from Welbis Labs for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Accepted returns of items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund in the amount of the product total will be issued by check once item is returned and inspected. Returned orders that received FREE shipping will be refunded the product total less the original shipping charge.
